This notice explains how Nanyang Jusen Trading Co., Ltd. ("we") handles information accessed by a2-ads-ops, an internal software application that we operate for the administration of our own Amazon advertising account.
a2-ads-ops is operated by Nanyang Jusen Trading Co., Ltd. solely for its own use. It is not offered, licensed or distributed to any other company, and it is not used to manage advertising on behalf of anyone other than ourselves.
Through the Amazon Advertising API, and only after an authorised user of our advertising account grants consent, the application accesses:
The application does not access customer personal data, payment information, order records or any other data held in our selling account.
Access credentials and retrieved reports are stored on servers that we administer, protected by access controls restricted to authorised personnel. Report data is retained only for as long as it is needed for internal analysis and is then deleted.
Credentials are held in a restricted configuration file on our own infrastructure; access to the application is limited to named personnel and requires key-based authentication. Credentials can be revoked at any time from the Amazon developer console, which immediately ends the application's access.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time from the Amazon advertising account that granted it. Once withdrawn, the application can no longer access advertising data. Requests concerning data held by the application may be sent to the contact address below.
If the scope of the application changes, this page will be updated and the revision date above amended.
